Refund Policy

Basic Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product contains a critical defect
  • The delivered product significantly differs from the description

Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method via Stripe.

Customer Responsibility
Refunds are not available for customer-related reasons or misunderstandings.

Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable due to their nature.
